Refund policy

At Aleyah Lavelle, we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

Returns

Returns must be made within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

Labels and tags must remain intact.

Items must be in their original condition, with no defects or damages.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Any item that is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Items with defects not caused by Aleyah Lavelle at the time of dispatch will not be accepted for return.
